What's in the output:

.fbx files whose filename contains the LOD you chose (_LOD0, _LOD1, ...). Auto picks the lowest LOD number available.
If the checkbox is on, every .png whose path contains textures/ (case-insensitive). DDS, TGA and other formats are skipped.
Nothing else. No .bin, no .html, no .modelbin, no .carbin.

Heads up: If the zip is a raw Forza archive (.modelbin / .carbin, no .fbx), the output will be empty. Convert those to FBX first with the desktop FH6_DONUSTURUCU.bat tool.
